Saswati is a senior journalist who believes that future economic growth will come from harnessing the value of micro markets. For over a decade now, Saswati has been working towards creating information architecture that will facilitate the integration of small India with growing India. Saswati has more than three decades of journalistic experience. She spent 22 years at The Economic Times, essaying senior journalistic efforts. She successfully incubated, set up and launched three major metropolitan editions of The Economic Times in completely diverse socio-economic environments.

Dr. Jai Ranjan Ram, is an MD in Psychiatry from NIMHANS, Bangalore and also has MRCPsych from UK and CCST in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He has accreditation as a Specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in UK. He worked in United Kingdom for 11 years before returning to Kolkata and is now a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist attached to Apollo Gleneagles Hospital in Kolkata. He co-founded Mental Health Foundation, which focuses on providing treatment for children, young people, and adults with mental health problems in a multi-disciplinary setting. He acts as an advisor to several social care organizations working with children and women. One of the areas of interest for him is explaining the nuances of mental health to the wider community and hence he takes special interest in interacting with the media to represent facts and remove the stigma around mental illnesses. Dr Ram is a strong believer in providing increased access for everyone with mental health problems and is actively involved in training professionals, teachers and careers on issues related to child and adolescent mental health.

Åsa Maria Granados is a Swedish national, raised in Nairobi, Kenya and currently lives in Geneva, Switzerland. She is an ICF-NVW Certified Integral Coach. Prior to entering professional coaching, Åsa held senior management positions in Communications and External Affairs at Geneva Centre for Security Policy, World Economic Forum in the fields of international affairs, executive education and public-private partnership. She has over 15 years’ experience building, supporting and leading multidisciplinary teams. She holds an Executive MBA (IUM, Monaco), is certified in Building Business Sustainability (IMD, Lausanne), and is a certified Digital Transformation Strategist (Columbia Business School – MIT Sloan).

Saby hails from an investment banking background. He has worked with organizations like J M Morgan Stanley, ING New Zealand etc in leadership positions. For the last several years he has been a successful entrepreneur and investor. For over 15 years he has been driving ultra growth businesses in analytics and SAAS space. Currently based in New York, Saby runs his company Demandlytix and he is also part of multiple angel investment networks.

Kasturi Bhattacharjee, PGDHRM, Psy.D., obtained her Masters in Human Resource Management in India, and Masters of Arts and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA. She completed an APA-accredited internship at the Denver Health Medical Center in Denver, CO and a postdoctoral training in Behavioral Psychology at the University Of Virginia School Of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA. She is currently working as a forensic psychologist in Eastern State Hospital, as an adjunct faculty in Regent University, and in private practice.

Dr. Bhattacharjee has worked in a variety of integrated health care settings including hospital, academic medical center, state psychiatric hospitals, correctional center, and in a community college. Her clinical interests include providing evidenced based treatments in individual and group formats for patients with severe mental illnesses, restoration services for individuals found incompetent to stand trial, psychosocial rehabilitation, and addressing issues related to poor adjustment to chronic illnesses.

He has worked across Edutech, Media, Data, Advertising, and Healthcare sectors, with a strong focus on getting the right Product, People, Process & Partners to scale up ventures. He is involved in setting up a B2B focused Indo – Australian micro VC fund as an India Partner catering to the needs of Indian founders. He plays the role of board advisor, director and council member across multiple B2B and B2C ventures focusing on Strategy, Growth and Partnerships.
