Raja Roy: Purple Butterfly’s Administration Manager, Raja Roy brings a rich experience of nearly three decades to his current role. As a hugely-experienced professional, his expertise has dwelt on chiefly on People-First Approach. Raja has worked in as diverse sectors as BFSI and Hospitality and now he works to blend his skills and expertise for strong and clear communication, patience, empathy, motivation, and consistence to ensure effective management of individuals with ASD. Trust and collaboration are also key requirements in Raja’s specialized role, the key strategies of which are forming direct yet flexible strategies to foster independence in such individuals. He lays emphasis to be there for them – even physically whenever the occasion demands – and provide hands-on support by exploring their unique interests and talents that go a long way to build confidence and impart a sense of fulfillment.

This apart, Raja oversees the regular operations at Purple Butterfly that ensure a seamless integration of the various departments.
